Should you work with a Makeup Artist for your senior pictures? 

Short answer: It depends. Annoying answer but it's true. There is a lot of knowledge out there that is swirling around and you may have extensive knowledge and know what you are doing and the skill level to adjust per concept and adapt. If that is the case, that is awesome. You may want just hair or both makeup and hair or none. This is subjective but for it all to come together needs to be cohesive to the concept that you pulled.  

There are many reasons why it’s a great benefit to work with a MUA. I want to make you feel like the powerful human you are and confidence flowing from you as you work– using a makeup artist adds a level of quality and skill we may not use every day. 

Choosing to hire a professional so you don’t have to worry about it is a great way to elevate your session– just sit back and let them work their magic. Makeup artists know what to look for, what to enhance, and what to cover.
